The day before Easter we got a new HD video camera and decided we needed to go somewhere special to try it out. The only problem? I couldn’t come up with anywhere that didn’t take at least 3 hours to drive or wouldn’t be over 100 degrees due to the recent heat wave in California.

On Easter Eve I went to the Great Egg Hunt. There was a golden ticket in the egg hunt and if you get it you go to the music station and get a prize. After the egg hunt I looked in all the eggs and I didn’t get the prize but, I did get 20 eggs and my parents were happy. Then we went to get something to eat and we had hotdogs except me, I had a hamburger.

On Saturday before dance, dad and I went to Boomers to play miniature golf. We were the color red. I was there because my chorus had a special field-trip. The amount of holes we played were 18. I liked it when I beat my dad at some holes. It has a pretend volcano and what’s cool about it is that it has fake lava and bubbles on it.
