Cake Decorating = 1, Jenny = 0
I’m not quite sure what I was thinking when I signed up for a Wilton Cake Decorating Class this month. I suppose I was slightly awed by watching “Ace of Cakes” on the Food Network. The chef that owns the bakery on that show and all the other employees in that bakery create cakes that are just these amazing pieces of art. I don’t think that I had any expectation of being able to make a cake that grand but I figured with a couple of classes I could at least create a couple nifty little decorative flowers for the next cake I bake.
